UYLA salutes Okowa at 64
The Urhobo Youth Leaders’ Association (UYLA) under the leadership of Chief (Amb) Samuel Onoriode Oghotomo, JP has congratulated the former Governor of Delta State and Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (PDP) 2023 Vice Presidential Candidate, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on the occasion of his 64th birth anniversary.
In a birthday message by the Association’s Secretary, Chief Augustine Ogheneovo Atiti, described Okowa as a patriot and achiever whose eight years leadership in the State provided actionable tips for building a stronger Delta.
UYLA stated further that Okowa worked tirelessly to develop Delta State in the last eight years despite the paucity of Federal allocation.
UYLA wished Okowa long life, good health and prosperity.
