Orugbo Commends NYSC Serving Corp Members, Says Their Service To Their Fatherland Is Well Appreciated
In an atmosphere of love and appreciation, the Udu PDP Ward 03 Chairman, Chief Friday Akpokomuayen Orugbo has played host to the members of the National Youth Service Corp currently serving in his hometown, Ogbe-Udu community in Delta State to commend them for the work well done.
The Omo Eni of Udu Kingdom who expressed his appreciation while dining and wining with the Corpers stated that he has noticed the diligence of these young men and women and thus, he needed to show his appreciation for their services.
In his words, “it is the tradition of NYSC to always post Corpers to both rural and urban communities, but for my community, Ogbe-Udu we are always happy to see dedicated Corpers work with us”. In my little way to show appreciation I have decided to dine and wine with them today to show that their service to their fatherland is well appreciated. He added.
