Delta South APC: Ukodhiko, Amgbaduba, Guwor, Others Mobilise for 2027
The member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rep. Pst. Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has joined leaders, stakeholders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from across Delta South Senatorial District at a mega meeting in Warri, Delta State.
The meeting, which brought together prominent party leaders and grassroots stakeholders from the eight Local Government Areas that make up Delta South, was centred on strengthening internal unity, broadening consultation and consolidating the party’s structures ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Ukodhiko, who is also the APC candidate for the Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, participated in the deliberations as party leaders reviewed strategies for strengthening grassroots mobilisation and positioning the APC for greater electoral success in Delta State.
The gathering provided a platform for leaders and members to reaffirm their commitment to collective action, effective mobilisation and the shared vision of building a stronger and more formidable APC across the senatorial district.
Among those in attendance were the Delta State APC Chairman, Chief Solomon Arenyeka; APC Delta South Senatorial District Chairman, Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba; Senator representing Delta South, Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas; and the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor.
Also present were former Senators representing Delta South, Senator James Manager and Senator (Chief) Stella Omu, as well as members of the House of Representatives from the district, including Hon. Julius Pondi and Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi.
Chairmen of the eight Local Government Areas in Delta South, alongside other elders, leaders and critical stakeholders, also attended the meeting and contributed to the deliberations.
The meeting underscored the importance of unity, consultation and grassroots engagement in strengthening the APC’s presence across Delta South, while participants expressed renewed determination to work collectively towards the party’s success in the 2027 elections.
The gathering was seen as another significant step in fostering greater cohesion among APC leaders and members and advancing the party’s political objectives across Delta State.
