Isaac Chichah Congratulates Delta First Lady On Her 56th Birthday
The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Rev. Dr. Isaac Chichah JP, RDN, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, fondly known as “Mummy Delta,” as she marks her 56th birthday today, Thursday, February 5, 2026.
In a congratulatory message, Rev. Dr. Chichah described the First Lady as a woman of deep faith and compassion, whose life is defined by prayer, service, and unwavering commitment to humanity.
He commended Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori for her impactful humanitarian efforts, particularly through the You Matter Charity Foundation, which he noted has touched the lives of countless less-privileged persons across Delta State.
According to him, the First Lady’s passion for uplifting the downtrodden and restoring hope to vulnerable groups has continued to complement the MORE Agenda of the Oborevwori administration, earning her admiration and respect from Deltans.
