Ekabo takes advocacy of Okowa’s Vice Presidential aspiration to Israel, Jordan

The Parish Priest of St. Matthias’ Catholic Church, Uzere and member, Delta State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Christopher Vwavware Ekabo has taken the advocacy for the aspiration of the Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (PDP) Vice Presidential Candidate and Delta State Governor, Sen Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa to the 2022 Delta and Kogi contingents of the Nigeria’s pilgrims in Israel and Jordan.
At various holy sites, Ekabo; the Delta State Commissioner for Bureau for Special Duties, Chief Johnbull Edema; Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Hon Lawrence Ejiofor; the Chairman, Delta State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Arch Bishop Cyril Odutemu and the Executive Secretary of the Board, Revd. Apostle Samuel Okoh led pilgrims to pray fervently for Okowa to be victorious as Nigeria’s Vice President in the 2023 general elections. Some of the holy sites the pilgrims offered prayers in Israel and Jordan include St. Anna’s Church, the Church of Nativity, St. Jerome’s Chapel, Station of the Cross to the Golgotha Hill, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Mount of Olives, Chapel of Pater Noster, Chapel of Dominus Flevit, the Church of Agony, King David’s Tomb, Church of St. Peter (Gallicantu), Church of St. Joseph, Mount of Beatitudes, Sea of Galilee, Gedara and Mount Nebo.
According to Ekabo, the victory of Okowa at the 2023 polls will enable Nigeria witness peaceful coexistence, spiritual growth and massive infrastructure development.
The General Overseer of Royal Generation International Mission, Bishop Abos Willie, the Bishop of Western Izon Diocese (St. Matthew Cathedral, Patani) Victor Okporu, Rev Fr Augustine Abude, Rev Fr Christian Agha, Rev Fr Oghenetega Adakre, Rev Fr Idani Abawula, Apostle Iniovona Akokotu and Pastor Dr Emmanuel Tarurhor also offered prayers at various sites for the Governor of Delta State, Sen Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and the forthcoming general elections.
