In a remarkable achievement highlighting the importance of education and leadership development, Comrade Elvis Akpobi Majority, the Special Senior Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Youths Mentoring and Development and founder of the ‘Not Too Young To Lead’ initiative, has successfully completed the Policy Strategy and Leadership course at the esteemed National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Jos.
Comrade Elvis Akpobi’s dedication to advancing youth empowerment and effective governance has been further solidified by his successful completion of this rigorous program.
