2023 Elections : Muwhen Canvasses Support For Oborevwori, Jite, Others

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Olorogun Frank Muwhen, has called on the people of Udu to vote for Rt. Hon. (Chief) Sheriff Oborevwori, Governorship Candidate of the party in the state and Hon. (Chief) Jite Brown, PDP House of Assembly Candidate, Udu Constituency in the 2023 general elections in Nigeria.

Muwhen who made the call in a chat with journalists at his residence in Ovwian, Delta State, also called for support for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, PDP Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates respectively.

Muwhen, also President General of Ovwian Community, appealed to members of the party to remain steadfast and loyal, adding that they should ignore vain and deceitful distractions and persuasions from opposition parties had nothing to offer the people.

He reminded PDP faithful in the area that the party was a large family with sincerity of heart and concern for every member of the family, assuring them that the PDP would remain the ruling political party in Delta state, and would never concede the position to any opposition party, considering its comparative advantage of large membership in all the local government areas in the state.

He urged Deltans to get their voter’s cards in order to be agents of greater development in their various capacities so as to contribute their quotas to sustain the current change that the society needed.

According to him, “Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and Hon. Jite Brown were Udu’s best choice for the 2023 election.

“I urge the people of Udu to turn out enmass to elect them as the next Governor of Delta state and Member, Delta State House of Assembly, Udu Constituency, because the Udu people stand a chance to gain more with them in power.”
