UKODHIKO JOINS OBOREVWORI, ISOKO LEADERS AT CHIEF WAYLES’ SON’S TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE
LAGOS — The Member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rep. Pst. Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has joined Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, his wife, prominent political leaders, business executives and other dignitaries at the traditional marriage ceremony of Dr. Oghenekome Egukawhore and his bride, Tolulope Stephanie Spencer.
The colourful ceremony, held at Five Palm, Lekki, Lagos State, attracted an array of distinguished guests, including prominent Isoko sons and daughters, political leaders, business executives, family members and friends who gathered to celebrate the union and honour the Egukawhore family.
Dr. Oghenekome Egukawhore is the son of renowned Isoko-born marine business tycoon and Chairman of De Wayles Group of Companies, High Chief (Dr.) Emonena Victor Egukawhore.
The event was characterised by rich cultural displays, with several guests proudly adorned in beautiful traditional Isoko attire, adding colour and significance to the celebration.
Among the notable Isoko leaders and dignitaries who graced the occasion were Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, representing Delta South Senatorial District in the National Assembly; Hon. Ferguson Onwo, Member representing Isoko South Constituency II in the Delta State House of Assembly; Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Area, Hon. Friday Ovoke Warri; High Chief Daniel Omoyibo, Chairman of Dantinajo Hotel and Resort; Dame Mrs. Minnie Igbrude; and other distinguished guests.
The gathering also served as an avenue for the Isoko people to reaffirm their bonds of unity, friendship and fellowship, as leaders and members of the community joined the Egukawhore family in celebrating the young couple.
Rep. Pst. Ukodhiko, while celebrating with the couple and their families, congratulated Dr. Oghenekome Egukawhore and Tolulope Stephanie Spencer on their traditional marriage.
He wished the couple a lifetime of love, peace, happiness and understanding, praying that their union would be blessed with prosperity and enduring companionship.
