Ukodhiko, Isoko North political class mourn Uredi’s demise, condole family
Member representing Isoko North/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, on Wednesday led Isoko North Political class to commiserate with the late High Chief Akpediono Uredi family as well his Idheze community on his demise.
The late High Chief Sergent Uredi was former National Chairman of the Isoko Elders And Leaders’ Council and father of former Member of the Delta State House of Assembly representing Isoko South Constiteuncy 1, Hon. Ross Uredi.
The member representing Isoko North State Constituency , Hon. Bernard Odior, State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Onojaeme, pioneer speaker, DTHA, Hon. Emmanuel Okoro, Executive Director, Finance, DESOPADEC, Chief Kome Okpobor, PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Isoko North Council, Prince Godwin Ogorugba
Others were Chairman, State Hospital Management Board, Dr Paul Oweh, Executive Assistants to the State Governor, Chief Emmanuel Edevor, Hon. Emmanuel Egbabor, Dr. Patrick Akporuno, immediate past State Commissioner for Energy, Chief Fred Obe, former State Chairman, IPMAN, Comr. Zino Onaemor and former Secretary, Isoko North Council, Pst. Sunny Elueni.
The Isoko Federal lawmaker described the late patriarch of the Uredi family of Idheze in Isoko South Local Government Area as a great family man, a titan, nationalist politician per excellence.
According to him, “the late High Chief Uredi lived a dedicated life defined by hard work, honesty and impactful service to Idheze, Isoko-nation and Delta State.” Hon. Ukodhiko added.
