Ogboru Commiserates with Amaechi Over the Passing of His Mother
The Delta State governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru commiserated with the party’s Vice Presidential Candidate, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi on behalf of his family and the Delta State Chapter of the African Democratic Congress ADC, over the death of his mother, Dame Ezzine Mary Oduah Amaechi.
In a press statement issued by his Media Aide and made available to journalists, Ogboru said he received the news of Dame Ezzine Mary Amaechi’s passing with profound shock and sadness. He noted that the late matriarch lived a worthy and impactful life, leaving behind cherished memories for her family and all who knew her.
The Delta ADC governorship candidate said the death of a mother is an irreplaceable loss, stressing that Dame Ezzine Mary Amaechi departed at a time when her love, prayers, and wise counsel were still greatly needed by her family. He encouraged the Amaechi family to take solace in the remarkable legacy she left behind.
Ogboru further described the late Dame Amaechi as a devoted mother whose values, sacrifices, and commitment to her family would continue to inspire future generations. He prayed that God would comfort Hon. Rotimi Amaechi and every member of the bereaved family during this difficult period of mourning.
He also urged members of the African Democratic Congress across the country to stand in solidarity with the party’s vice presidential candidate and his family, offering prayers and support as they mourn the passing of their beloved mother.
Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru prayed that Almighty God would grant the soul of Dame Ezzine Mary Oduah Amaechi eternal rest and give Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, his family, and loved ones the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. He expressed hope that they would find comfort in the enduring memories of a life well lived.
