Addressing joumalists in Benin City, the Edo State capital, Ikpea said his commitment to represent Edo Central senatorial district was a call to service with dedication, passion and integrity.
The former Esan South-East council Chairman and former Commissioner for Minerals, Oil and Gas in Edo State, noted that he remains a loyal and steadfast member of the APC and contributing to the growth and success of the party at all levels.
According to him, “Having served as Chairman, Edo State Library Board, promoting literacy and educational development in our state, and as a member whorepresented Edo Central in Universal Basic Education Board, UBEB, ensuring that our people’s voices were reflected in education policies and also served as a two-time Presidential delegate member (2015 and 2023), my experiences in both public and private sectors have prepared meto bring a robust, infomed perspective to legislative duties.
“I stand here not just as an individual but as a representative of our collective aspirations. My deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of Edo Central positions me to represent our district effectively.”
