Oyibode Hails Dr. Emu Kingsley on Birthday Milestone.
The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun(Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Emu Kingsley, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, Friday, December 27, 2024.
In his goodwill message, Olorogun Oyibode described Dr. Kingsley as a distinguished technocrat and the “engine room” of the Delta State Government, whose dedication and expertise have been instrumental in driving the policies and programs of the state to fruition.
The Udu Council Chairman lauded the celebrant’s unwavering commitment to excellence and service delivery, highlighting his pivotal role in the growth and development of Delta State. He prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and abundant prosperity in Dr. Kingsley’s life.
