Oyibode Hails Dr. Emu Kingsley on Birthday Milestone.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun(Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Emu Kingsley, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, Friday, December 27, 2024.
