Omavuaye Congratulates Dr Avweromre On His Swearing-In As Ughelli South Chairman

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and President General of Otokutu Community in Ughelli South, High Chief Peter Omavuaye Police, has congratulated the newly sworn-in Executive Chairman of Ughelli South local government area, Hon Dr Lucky Avweromre JP by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

In his congratulatory message conveyed through his media desk, Omavuaye stated ” I am overwhelm and grateful to God almighty for the success of the elections, and I rejoice with my brother, Hon Dr Lucky Avweromre on his landslide victory at the poll”.

He described the victory at the poll as God’s divine grace and favor, saying that Dr Lucky Avweromre is a good man with impeccable character, and it’s a victory for the good people of Ughelli South local government area and democracy

I have confidence in the wealth of his experience and knowledge to provide good governance, social security and welfares of our people, because Dr Avweromre ‘s endearing contributions and political pedigrees are source of his outstanding leadership, Omavuaye stated.

I thank and commend all residents, eligible voters, party faithfuls, leaders and the security officers for their steadfastness and peaceful coexistence during and after the electioneering exercise, saying that democracy has been restored at the grassroot, he said.

I pray to God Almighty to continue to guide him and his Vice Chairman, with sound wisdom, strength and knowledge to pilot the affairs of the local government excellently, in line with the MORE Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori ‘s administration.
