Okowa’s EAC, Oghenesivbe Joins LBUT League Of Top Professionals

Strategic communications impresario and Executive Assistant to Delta State Governor on Communications, Dr Barr ‘Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, topped the list of twenty one professional doctorate degree awardees in Information and Strategic Management, PhD, at the Liberal Bilingual University, LBUT, Lome-Togo.
The names of graduands and Awardees released to the media in Togo, on Friday 15th July, 2022, by the University’s Director of Academics, Dr Elijah Omotayo Tola, saw the Executive Communications Aide to Delta State Governor, Dr Oghenesivbe, topping the list.
According to Dr Elijah, the activities marking the 6th convocation ceremony of the University will commence on Thursday 21st July, followed by pre-convocation lecture and dinner on Friday 22nd while the award and presentation of professional doctorate degrees will take place on Saturday 23rd July, at 10am at the University’s mega campus, Akpogan-Agbavi, Lome-Togo.
Oghenesivbe’s Thesis which interrogated the impact of strategic management on SMEs performance, singled him out for the front role at LBUT’s Hall of Fame.
Among other things, Oghenesivbe, a Justice of the Peace and full member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, NIIA, shall present a paper at the pre- convocation dinner, participate actively during interactive sessions and assist CISM Board on formulation of strategic action plans.
Furthermore, Okowa’s outstanding communication Executive will be featured on the LBUT global stage to receive the Distinguished Fellow Award, the highest membership status of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management, Dfcism, on Friday 22nd July, 2022.
Membership Director of CISM, Dr Adelanke Oyintoke FCISM, in a letter, conveyed the Institute’s approval of the nomination of Oghenesivbe for the award of Distinguished Fellow, at the instance of the Governing Council headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria.
“I am directed by the Governing Council of our Institute to inform you that you have been nominated for the highest membership status of Distinguished Fellow, Dfcism.
“The nomination is in recognition of your professional expertise, achievements in information and strategic communication management spanning over two decades.
“And as a distinguished member of the LBUT/CISM Hall of Fame, the Award shall be presented to you at the pre-convocation dinner scheduled to hold at the Liberal Bilingual University’s mega campus in Lome-Togo, on Friday 22nd July.
“Congratulations, and you are expected to personally receive your LBUT’s professional doctorate degree in Information and Management Strategy, as well as the Distinguished Fellow Award of CISM,” Dr Oyintoke said.
The LBUT professional doctorate degree programme was coordinated and keenly supervised in Nigeria, by the Chartered Institute of information and Strategy Management, CISM, a special programme for top professional members of CISM and key industry players.
Meanwhile, Oghenesivbe has concluded plans to jet out to Lome-Togo for the convocation ceremony.
He expressed deep appreciation to the state government and his boss, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, for sponsoring the LUBT programme and his trip to Lome-Togo, for the convocation ceremony.
