We Need To Work With Others To Produce 2023 Governor, Says Gbagi As Ughievwen Holds Another Fruitful Political Meeting At Oginibo

“Ughievwen alone can not produce Governor, we need to work with others to produce the 2023 Governor. We should embrace people to prove that Ughievwen people are good people as we are known for”, were the words of the foremost leader and the leading 2023 governorship aspirant in the state, Olorogun (Barr.) Kenneth Omemevwa Gbagi when Ughievwen political class held another fruitful Ughievwen Political Unity Meeting on Saturday 18th September, 2021 at his country home, Oginibo in Ughelli South LGA, Delta State.

The former Minister of State Education, Gbagi who said that God did not make mistake for making him to come from Ughievwen Kingdom, added that he will have hands in any meetings that would promote Ughievwen interest at all times.

Hear him, “God does not make mistake for me to come from Ughievwen Kingdom, I will have hands in any meetings that would promote Ughievwen interest at all times”.

Gbagi who further disclosed that he started 2023 governorship race not as a new entrance, but as a man who has prepared himself for the task ahead to govern the state for the betterment of all, he enjoined Ughievwen sons and daughters to unit to support Senator Okowa’s administration to finish even more stronger by 2023.

Earlier, the Chairman of Ughievwen Political Unity Meeting, Olorogun E.D.O. Obofukoro, Member of Elders’ Council in the state maintained that meeting was called for the unity of Ughievwen political class to strengthen the need for Ughievwen people to work for the interest of Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi governorship race.

The Elder State man also admonished Ughievwen people to shun stomach infrastructures that were of no interest of the kingdom, he charged them to mobilize Ughievwen people for next meeting of the group that was billed for later date of the year.

Also speaking, Elder (Chief) Solomon Ala, SSA to Governor, Chief Godwin Okporoko, SSA to Governor, Chief Macaulay Dase, former Ughelli South Vice Chairman, Rt. Hon. Sunday Apah, former Leader, Ughelli South Legislative Arm, Hon. Luckyson Oniyan, former Jeremi Ward 4 Councilor and others who spoke at the meeting, thrown their support for the Ughievwen Political Unity Meeting, stressing that it was high time to revive Ughievwen Union, the umbrella that covers Ughievwen Sub-clans for the task ahead.

They also called on all Ughievwen sons and daughters to take the advantage of the ongoing voters registration card by registering themselves for them take part in decision making in the political process in state and in turn, boost the numerical strength of the kingdom by 2023. While all the Sub-clans of Ughievwen Kingdom were fully represented in the meeting.
