Ukodhiko Congratulates Ogbimi, New DTMB Chairman

Member representing Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has congratulated Hon. Jude Ogbimi on his appointment as Chairman, Governing Board of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Ltd.

Ogbimi, the immediate past member representing Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, was a one-time Senior Special Assistant to the State Government.

Hon. Ukodhiko, in a statement on Wednesday, by his Media Assistant, Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, commended the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for his wisdom in appointing a prominent son of Isoko-nation as the State’s mortgage firm board chairman.

The PDP’s House of Representatives member noted, “Hon Jude Ogbimi is man of incredible talent and resilience, an astute administrator, also a business manager per excellence with proven track record.”

Hon. Ukodhiko charged the new Delta Mortgage firm board chairman to run a transparent and open-door policy in order to achieve the mandates of the State’s financial institution.

The Isoko Federal lawmaker expressed confidence in the ability of the former Delta lawmaker to create an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism, excellence at the Mortgage firm.

Harping on the satisfaction of contributors and the needs of stakeholders, Ukodhiko said “the new Governing Board under Ogbimi should see to externally innovative ways of raising funds, working with the private sector, mortgage finance houses to develop the housing sector in the State”.

Hon. Ukodhiko said, “On behalf of the people of Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, I congratulate my dear brother and former member Representing Isoko North State Constituency, Hon. Jude Omena Ogbimi, on his appointment as Chairman, Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Ltd.

“Your appointment as Governing Board Chairman comes with a lot of onerous responsibilities of which you are very competent and adequately prepared for. I trust your ability to transparently deliver affordable housing finances for Deltans.” Ukodhiko added
