Rep. Ukodhiko celebrates Kingsley Otuaro at 56
Member representing Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, has congratulated immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, as he clocks 56 on April 16.
Rep. Ukodhiko, in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Ajiri-Oghene Oreh, described Otuaro as a humble, benevolent, friendly, and passionate leader.
The House of Representatives member lauded the immediate past deputy Governor for his unswerving commitment towards the unity, stability, and development of Delta State, Niger-Delta region and Nigeria at large.
Stating that, “Otuaro’s championing of common good for the people of the State through the promotion of altruistic leadership that is devoid of ethnic sentiments, especially in a multi-ethnic society like ours, Delta State, remains exemplary.
“You are an inspiration to many. On behalf of my family and the people of Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency, I rejoice with you, our leader and immediate-past Deputy Governor of the State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otauro on your 56th birth anniversary.” Ukodhiko said.
The Isoko federal lawmaker praised Otuaro as a true party-man, stalwart and leader of inestimable value, who has been steadfast, consistent and contributed to the Peoples Democratic Party’s growth in Delta State.
“Your Excellency, you are famed as a peace ambassador, passionate patriot, humane administrator, and a refined political leader of impeccable disposition of unalloyed loyalty, humility and peace.
“We appreciate your impactful services and significant contributions to the peaceful coexistence and socio-political and economic development of Delta State in your pivotal roles as Deputy Governor and chair of the State’s Peace Advocacy Committee Against Oil Facility Vandalism.
“We are proud of your monumental accomplishments in law and politics, bringing into public service your honesty, dignity, integrity, multiple competencies, precision, passion, excellence and cerebral approach of solving problems.”
