Rose Tulu congratulates Otuaro @ 56

Female Chairmanship Aspirant for Warri South West Local Government Council position, Hon. (Mrs.) Rose Tulu, has congratulated former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on his 56th birthday anniversary.

Rose Tulu in a statement personally signed, described the former deputy governor as an epitome of humility.

Celebrating Otuaro, she said; “Today, I join the host of heavens to celebrate my dear brother, a true Deltan and former Deputy Governor of Delta state the occasion of his 56th birthday.”

“I am so glad to know that you made service to God and humanity as an article of faith in your life journey. Your contributions to the development of Delta state during your tenure was immeasurable”.

“Your devotion to public good, philanthropy, loyalty and humility are rare virtues which had earned you the respect and admiration of Deltans. To God be the Glory as you celebrate today.”

“It is therefore my prayer that God should continue to grant you sound health, long life, joy and peace. I wish you a happy birthday and many fruitful years ahead, congratulations.” Tulu added.
