Oyibode Receives ICAN Udu Chapter, Vows To Uphold Trust

Yesterday Tuesday, July 23, 2024, members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Udu Local Government Council chapter paid a congratulatory visit to the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP, FCIA. The delegation was led by Mr. Udih Solomon (FCA), Ivwionkpiroro Andrew (ACA), and Itemu Simon (ACA).

The group highlighted Olorogun Oyibode’s historic achievement as the first unopposed Chairmanship Candidate in the history of Udu, emphasizing that his emergence reflects his widespread acceptability across the kingdom. They commended the Chairman for bringing the attention of the Delta State Governor to the deteriorating conditions of roads in Udu and expressed their commitment to working in synergy with the new council administration to advance Udu’s development.

An elated Olorogun Oyibode thanked the ICAN members for their visit and support. He assured the people of Udu that he would not take their trust for granted and promised to fulfill his duties with diligence.

The high point of the visit was the presentation of an enlarged photo frame to the Chairman by the ICAN delegation.
