Law Degree Milestone: Elvis Akpobi Congratulates Boss, Hilary Ibegbulem.

Comrade Elvis Akpobi, Senior Special Assistant on Youths Mentoring and Development to the Executive Governor and Coordinator of the Not Too Young to Lead Initiative, has extended warm congratulations to his boss, Dr. Hilary Obi Ibegbulem, on the successful completion of his Law Degree, describing the achievement as a remarkable milestone worthy of admiration and celebration.

In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Akpobi expressed deep joy and admiration for Dr. Ibegbulem, noting that the academic feat is a clear testament to his discipline, resilience, commitment, and unwavering pursuit of knowledge.

According to him, achieving such a significant educational milestone amidst demanding official responsibilities demonstrates exceptional determination and a strong desire for continuous personal growth.

He stated that Dr. Ibegbulem’s decision to further his academic pursuit while managing leadership responsibilities serves as a shining example to many, especially young people who aspire to greatness.
