Delta Governor Appoints 11 New Permanent Secretaries
The Governor of Delta State, , has approved the appointment of eleven new Permanent Secretaries into the Delta State Public Service.
According to a government special announcement signed by the Permanent Secretary in charge of State Protocol Matters, Mr. Tetsola Anino Nelson, the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are:
- Dr. Yinkore A. Paul
- Dr. Okwunze A.C
- Amadubogha Peters
- Nkenchor O.O.
- Akambe O.H
- Engr. Aghagba S.
- Ogbugo Victor Chike
- Ighoyota M. Rocky
- Itawansa Augustine A.
- Onobraekpeyan O. Edwin
- Nkemachor Lucky
The statement disclosed that the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries will be officially sworn in on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba, by 10:00 a.m.
Guests invited for the ceremony are expected to be seated by 9:30 a.m.
The appointments are seen as part of ongoing efforts by the Delta State Government to strengthen the state public service and enhance administrative efficiency across ministries and government establishments.
