As Deltans joins the rest of the states in the country and the World, commemorating the nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ (Christmas) The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Hostcom Affairs and National Youth President of Hostcom, Hon. (Chief) Emma Eyakagba JP urged Deltans to love one another.
The Ekwudugbe of Udu Kingdom called on Deltans, most especially Udu people to love one another, Remember the less fortunate ones in their midst and emulate the lifestyle of Jesus Christ because the reason for this Season is Jesus Christ and Jesus is love.
In his Christmas message he said “As we celebrate Christmas, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ that brought hope and salvation to the world, i urged You therefore to imbibe the lessons of Christmas and Show love to one another.
God loves us and He gave us His only begotten Son,So today as we celebrate I charge you to celebrate the Christmas by showing love and compassion towards one another reach out to the poor, and less privileged in the society and Show them love as Jesus Showed Us Love, Encourage One Another, embrace peace, harmony and tolerance of one another during festive season and beyond according to the teachings of Jesus Christ.”
