Oborevwori Committed To Transforming Riverine Communities, Says Clark
Delta State Commissioner For Riverine Infrastructural Development (RID), Chief Ebikeme Clark has said that the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori is committed to bringing development to the riverine communities of the state.
While commending the Governor for the creation of the new Ministry, the Commissioner said that the establishment of the new ministry is part of the efforts of the Governor in accelerating infrastructural development in the riverine communities of the state.
According to the former Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area, the Governor is determined in transforming all the riverine communities through the creation of the RID ministry.
“The Governor has expressed his determination to develop all parts of Delta state, and we urge the riverine communities to be patient as massive infrastructure development is coming to them. Our Governor is a man who matches his words with action”, he said.
The Commissioner disclosed that works have commenced with ongoing processes in place to take development to the riverine communities of the state and implored the people in the riverine communities to be grateful to the Governor for the establishment of the new Ministry aimed at bringing massive development closer to them.
