Gloria Oborevwori Says Tony Ofoni Will Transform Uvwie

In a vibrant demonstration of support, Hon. Gloria Oborevwori, the Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Tourism has announced that the incoming Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council, Hon. Chief Tony Ofoni, will ensure the MORE Agenda reaches every part of Uvwie. This declaration was made during a PDP rally held on Tuesday, June 28, 2024, ahead of the upcoming council elections on July 13th.
Hon. Oborevwori praised Chief Tony Ofoni, describing him as a “square peg in a square hole,” signifying his perfect fit for the role. She expressed confidence that his leadership would bring about comprehensive development in Uvwie, aligning with the state’s MORE Agenda, which focuses on meaningful growth, opportunities, resources, and empowerment for the community.
The rally saw the attendance of key political figures from Delta State, including Hon. Chief Solomon Ighrakpata of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue and Hon. Stella Daboner. Their presence underscored the united front of the PDP and their commitment to ensuring a successful election for Chief Ofoni.
