Announcement: Ukodhiko’s Scholarship Selection Process for 2024/2025 Batch Underway

REP. UKODHIKO’S SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME, 2024/2025 BATCH
 
This is to inform constituents of Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, especially those who submitted very brilliant and impressive JAMB scores in anticipation of the full tuition scholarship scheme, that the selection process has commenced. 
 
Only 10 prospective beneficiaries from the list of 42 qualified candidates who submitted their scores shall be selected (5 from the north and 5 from the south). 
 
The selection process is based on an elimination process that focuses on parental or guardian financial capability. This is because the scholarship scheme is designed basically to cater to indigent or less-privileged students who are sincerely in disadvantaged financial positions to pursue their academic aspirations and desires in reputable educational institutions.
 
We have a total of 42 entries as of today, with the highest scores of 362 and the lowest of 270. 20 of the students scored 300 and above, while 22 students scored below 300.
 
With this announcement, potential beneficiaries are kindly informed that details of pre-qualified students will be published by Saturday evening for constituents to constructively criticise in a manner that upholds a transparent, fair, and accountable elimination process.
 
Parents and guardians who do not want the names of their wards to be published should please reach out to us privately within the next two days, latest by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, so that their names can be expunged.
