Oromoni congratulates Gov. Oborevwori on Supreme Court victory
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta state on Oil and Gas, Hon Keyness Orhodje Oromoni has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his overwhelming victory at the Supreme court yesterday Friday 19th January 2024.
Hon. Oromoni in a statement in Asaba stated that the victory is well deserved and a true reflection of the aspirations of the good people of Delta state.
According to him, there was actually no dispute to the fact that majority of Deltans preferred the MORE Agenda, considering its peculiarity to the advancement of the State.
“Moreover, amongst the contenders for the top job, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori stood out, with proven track record of leadership accountability.
“A record that is evident in his prudent management of finance and human resources as speaker of the 7th and 8th Assembly. His Excellency then Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, left over five hundred million naira (N500m) in the coffers for the 9th Assembly. This is the first of it’s kind in the history of the state.
“Now that the litigation process are over, I want to use this medium to call on Deltans across political, economic, religious and socio lines to join hands with his Excellency for a More advanced Delta state.
“We are confident that as Governor of Delta state, there will be judicious use of both financial, material and human resources to the overall advancement of Delta state.
“On behalf of myself, family and political team, I congratulate His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori a.k.a Mr Quality, the Executive Governor of Delta state,” Oromoni stated.
