“Uparan is a calm, humble, intelligent and also a philanthropist par excellence who has given scholarships to over 50 Udu’s son and daughters,” he added.
Uparan, according to Jite, is a community leader and a peace maker who is currently the Chairman of Udu’s Justice of Peace (JP), adding that his pedigree was good enough to deserve an opportunityto a take Udu to greater heights.
