Vote All PDP Candidates,Ukah Tells Oshimili North Electorates
In continuation with the Oshimili North People’s Democratic Party(PDP)Ward to Ward campaign, the party leadership has visited Ukala ward 10, Akwukwu ward 1, Ebu ward 2, Illah ward 3 and Okpanam ward 9 to solicit the votes of the people of the area.
The Secretary to the State Government and coordinator of the Oshimili North(PDP)campaign council,Chief Patrick Ukah explained to the people that the party had selected good candidates to give them good representation at various positions in the Federal and State governments who also will attract dividends of democracy to them.
Chief Ukah urged them to, as usual, vote all the candidates of the PDP in 2023 general elections adding that votes for Atiku/Okowa, Sheriff/Onyeme and other PDP candidates would bring development to the various communities around the state through an all inclusive bridge building processes.
Also speaking,the PDP Delta North Chairman, Mr Moses Iduh at the campaign ground, urged members to vote all the PDP candidates, pledging that the caliber of persons vying for various positions from the party would not forget or disappoint them when voted into power in the 2023 general elections.
Mr. Iduh, who received some of the All Progress Congress(APC), Social Democratic Party (SDP) and other decampees into PDP, asked the PDP leadership in the area to ensure that the decampees were given PDP membership cards and accorded all the rights and privilege of the party.
In their separate remarks, Member representing Aniocha/Oshimili in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu,Deputy Governor Candidate of the party,Mr Monday Onyeme, Hon. Princess Ajudua, Hon. Innocent Esewezie and the House of Assembly candidate, Mr Frank Esenwah, gave reasons why they should vote for all the candidates of PDP in 2023 general elections.
They opined that their votes for PDP would enable the party and their leadership to rescue Nigeria from the bad situation and challenges bedeviling the country.
The campaign had in attendance;House of Assembly Deputy speaker Hon. Ochor Christopher Ochor, PDP stalwarts,Civil Service Commission Chairman Chief Nkem Okwuofu, PDP candidate for House of Assembly, Oshimili South constituency, Barrister Bridget Anyafulu,Royal father’s amongst others.
