If you choose to represent the various parts in life by holes upon a table, of different shapes, —some circular, some triangular, some square, some oblong, —and the person acting these parts by bits of wood of similar shapes, we shall generally find that the triangular person has got into the square hole, the oblong into the triangular, and a square person has squeezed himself into the round hole. The catchphrase for Amori’s 2023 Senate race is “Ohwofasa”. This expression, which may be best rendered in Nigerian Pidgin as ‘person dey fit place’, stands in contrast to the English idiomatic expression “having a square peg in a round hole”. The latter means someone who does not fit in a particular place or situation, while the former is the direct opposite. This term is aimed at drawing the attention of friends and foes alike to the fact that Amori is the right person for the job of the Senator to represent Delta-Central come 2023. Such fitting is defined in terms of his achievements and antecedents, all of which speak volumes.
 
Like our elders will say, “ohwo (ghini) fo asan”.  In Urhobo, as with other African communities, the utterances of elders are often spiced up with proverbs, metaphors, and other stylistic devices. According to Christian Ogwudile, a scholar at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, effective communication makes for intelligent use of stylistic devices to spice up the linguistic utterances. In other words, these stylistic devices are not just spices made to beautify utterances but are meant to pass out essential truths/messages. The truth in this case is that Amori fo isineti na; thus, all well-meaning Urhobo sons and daughters should vote for him.
