The People’s Democratic Party Candidate for Ughelli North Constituency II Delta State House of Assembly; Hon. Onoriode Agofure salutes the executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa who is also PDP vice presidential candidate Federal Republic of Nigeria ahead of the 2023 general election.
