NRM Debuts, Mobilizes Support for Tinubu Across Nigeria

In a bold political move aimed at countering perceived threats from opposition forces and rekindling national unity, a new political pressure group, the National Renewed Hope Movement (NRM), has launched nationwide mobilization efforts in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid.

This development comes in the wake of reports alleging that certain political figures are plotting to destabilize the administration by floating a coalition of parties against the President. In response, the NRM, led by Hon. Dr. Liege Lord Keston Okoro Muhammed Al-Almin, is championing a massive pro-government movement, beginning with grassroots mobilization across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones.

In a press statement personally signed by the National President, Dr. Al-Almin said the movement has passed a vote of implicit confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership. He also announced plans for a three-million-man march in the coming months to demonstrate overwhelming public support for the current administration.

Dr. Al-Almin noted that the group’s mission is to work collaboratively with the government to transform Nigeria into a nation anchored on unity, peace, transparency, and political culture free from corruption, intimidation, and manipulation. “A pain for one should be a pain for all, and love for one must be love for all,” he emphasized.

The NRM will also organize the National Renewed Hope Agenda Rallies in all six geo-political zones. The aim is to educate Nigerians, especially those uninformed about the administration’s efforts, on the progress made under President Tinubu’s leadership.

“President Tinubu’s resilience, courage, and bold approach to addressing Nigeria’s socio-economic challenges deserve national commendation. He is a political messiah whose reform initiatives have laid a foundation for economic prosperity and political stability,” Al-Almin stated.

He further explained that the group targets Nigeria’s youth population, with plans to initiate grassroots empowerment schemes, combat street idleness, and provide alternatives for women and girls vulnerable to social vices.

According to Dr. Al-Almin, President Tinubu’s vision of regional governance and resource control resonates with the NRM’s goals, and his ongoing strides in economic recovery and security must be supported by patriotic Nigerians.

The NRM is also planning high-level engagements with stakeholders and a scheduled meeting with the President to deliberate on policies and strategies that would benefit all Nigerians.

The movement, according to observers, is expected to stir political discourse ahead of the 2027 general elections as Tinubu’s camp begins early consolidation.
