2023: Ughelli North Native Inaugurates Members of Agbarho Kingdom, Calls to Work for PDP

Ahead of the forthcoming General Election, a Political Pressure Group known as “Ughelli Native” under the aegies of the People Democratic Party (PDP), has inaugurated 54 members in Agbarho Kingdom, Ughelli North LGA, Delta State with a called to work for the interest of PDP in the coming election.

While Inaugurating the 54 members which was draw from the various communities in Agbarho Kingdom by the National President, Comrade Awisa Daniel urged them to work for the interest of PDP.

According to him, “as you have been inaugurated today as members of Ughelli North Native, you have the rights and privilege of the group, you are to focus on PDP to ensure that the party wins in the next elections which is the main aims and objectives of Ughelli North Native”

“Your inauguration today is a call to serve and you known PDP is the only political party were dividends of democracy could be guarantee, you have to sensitize others to ensure that PDP wins in the next elections”.
Continuing, Comr. Daniel Awisa, said, “the Ughelli North Native is solidly behind all PDP Candidates in the forthcoming General elections”

Addressing newsmen, after the inauguration, which took place at Agbarho community Town Hall, the National Secretary, Comr. Felix Olokpa (JP), appraised the turnout of members of Ughelli Native of Agbarho Kingdom.

While appreciating their efforts, Comr. Olokpa who is also Senior Special Assistant (SSA), to Governor Okowa on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution however, called on the members to continue to support PDP so as to win the next elections.

According to him, “l am calling on you people today to work for PDP which is the core message of Ughelli Native, and to achieve this, you need to get your permanent voters card (PVC), which is the weapon to make PDP win in the coming election”

Speaking further, the SSA, to Governor Okowa, however, called on the members of Ughelli Native, and Deltans at large to remain calm and not be perturb over what is happening in the party over the issue of court cases, adding that when the time comes the real candidate will be unveiled.

He said, “and when the real candidate is unveiled we will all queue behind him, this cannot make us to fear, Delta State remains for PDP, stressing that what is on ground now is not an issue is a media propaganda, but is a way to strengthen our democracy, so we should remain focus and committed ” Comr. Olokpa assured.

However, Engr. John Igbuje, Mr. Ogaga George, Mr. Ejoke Okorare, Mr. Blessing Otobele, Mr. Felix E. including other members who spoke in the same vein, assured the executive of Ughelli North Native that they will continue to work for PDP to ensure that the party wins in the next elections. Therefore, the inauguration of members of Ughelli North Native to sensitize the people on the need to vote for PDP across each kingdom in Ughelli North continues.
