Ukodhiko Honours Chief Ikpokpo on Birthday, Describes Him as Symbol of Unity and Sacrifice

Member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Pastor Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has felicitated Chief Itiako Ikpokpo, the Clan Otota of Irri Kingdom, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a respected leader whose life reflects service, sacrifice and commitment to the people.

In a birthday message, Rep. Ukodhiko noted that Chief Ikpokpo has distinguished himself through years of public service and leadership.

He recalled Chief Ikpokpo’s tenure as Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Area and his service as Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), where he made significant contributions to grassroots administration and local governance.

The federal lawmaker further stated that Chief Ikpokpo’s recent decision, as an APC Delta South Senatorial aspirant, to step aside in support of Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas in the interest of party unity demonstrated political maturity, selflessness and commitment to the collective progress of the party.

According to him, the decision reflected Chief Ikpokpo’s readiness to place collective interest above personal ambition and sustain harmony within the party.

Rep. Ukodhiko observed that true leadership is defined not only by positions occupied but also by sacrifices made for peace, stability and the greater good of society.

He prayed that Almighty God would grant Chief Ikpokpo good health, wisdom, strength and many more years of fulfilment and impactful service to humanity.
