Udu Council Chairman, Oyibode Congratulates Akpowowo On His Birthday Anniversary.
In a gesture of goodwill and celebration, the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, High Chief (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA, has extended his warmest congratulations to the Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olorogun Barr.
