DESOPADEC Indigenous Contractors Suspends Members Over Alleged Misconduct
The Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Indigenous Contractors Forum (DICF) is currently embroiled in a leadership crisis, as members have moved to suspend some of its members who were found in an alleged miss conduct.
In a notice of dissociation and disclaimer, members condemned the duo of Engr Samson and Prince Charles for their actions found to be self-serving and damaging the Forum’s standing reputation. The statement, signed by several prominent members, highlighted the urgent need to restore professionalism and unity within the Forum.
The public has been urged to disregard forthwith any further activities from the suspended members, as their conduct do not reflect the collective will of the Forum.
Hence, members reaffirmed their unalloyed support and dedication to maintaining a positive relationship with the interventionist agency while addressing the challenges posed by internal discord.
This decisive action is seen as a necessary step to safeguard the Forum’s reputation and rebuild trust among its members and stakeholders.
