Udu Council Chairman Jite Dissolves All Revenue Committees And Agents.

All standing revenue committees in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State have been dissolved with effect from today Friday 31st day of December, 2021 Exception of the transport Sub- Committee headed by Chief Obruche Oghenejiru and Sub- Committee on Tenement rate on private owned houses headed by Evangelist( Hon.)Lucky Esedafetoma.
The Chairman of Udu Local Government Council Hon. Chief Jite Brown (JP) in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Council, Hon. Samuel Dawho who directed all Chairmen of various committees to hand over all Council properties in their possession to the office of the Secretary to Udu Local Government Council within 24 hours of this announcement, revealed that Udu Local Government Council will in due time reconstitute new revenue sub- Committees in year 2022 and announce same to the general public.
However, all revenues due to the Local Government Council shall be paid directly to the Udu Local Government Council Account domiciled at Union Bank( Udu Road Branch) with account number 0011643073.
According to the statement, the general public is hereby informed that security agencies have been notified to deal with anyone or persons who disobeys this order.
The Local Government Council Chairman, sincerely appreciate all members for their individual and collective contributions towards the development of the Local Government and wish them well in their future endeavours, the statement added.
