Udu Council Boss Oyibode, Extols Blessyn Brume On Her Birthday.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, High Chief (Hon) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA, has heartily celebrated Hon.
