Ai). LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES:
MOTIONS:
- Motion on the Urgent Need to Compel Oil and Gas Companies to Stop Gas Flaring and Convert Same to Provide 24-Hours Electricity to Isoko Communities and Environs. The motion has since been referred to the compliance committee for review to ensure that the relevant Federal Government Agencies comply with the directive of the House of Representatives.
- Motion on the Urgent Need to Rehabilitate Failed Sections of the East-West Road Beginning from Delta State through Bayelsa to Rivers State to make it motorable. The Federal Government is currently working on the road resulting from this motion.

- A Bill for an Act to Amend the Federal Medical Centres Act and Establish the Federal Medical Centre Oleh, Delta State, and for Related Matters. This bill is slated for second reading on the floor of the House.
- A Bill for an Act to Establish the Federal University of Agriculture, Erawha-Owhe, Delta State, and for Related Matters. This bill is slated for second reading on the floor of the House.
- A Bill for an Act to Establish College of Entrepreneurship and Skill Acquisition Olomoro, Delta State to Provide Full-Time Courses, Teaching Instruction and Training in Technology, Applied Science, Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities and Management; and for Related Matters. This bill is slated for second reading on the floor of the House.

This bill is slated for second reading on the floor of the House.
- A Bill for an Act to Repeal Technology Business Incubation Foundation (Takeover) Act, to Provide for the Establishment of the National Agency for Technology Incubation and other Related Matters. This bill is slated for second reading on the floor of the House.
- A Bill for an Act to Repeal and Enact the Energy Commission of Nigeria and to Charge it with Responsibility for Coordinating and General Surveillance Over the Systematic Development of the Various Energy Resources of Nigeria, to Make the Commission the National Focal Point for New and Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Conservation, and to Establish the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Conservation Fund (REEECF), and Other Related Matters 2023. This bill has passed through second reading on the floor of the House and has been referred to the relevant house committees for further action before third reading.
- A bill for an act to Alter the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended) to provide that elections to the office of President, State Governors, National Assembly, State Houses of Assembly and Local Government Area Councils shall be conducted simultaneously on the same date to be determined by the Independent National Electoral Commission in consultation with the National Assembly and for related matters. Co-sponsored with 34 others members of the House.
B). CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS:
Bi). INHERITED PROJECTS:
- Specialised Empowerment Programme of 150 Youths in Agric Business (Fish Farming, Hatchery, Smoking, and Marketing) for Youths and Women. This project was executed by New Balance Corporate Services Ltd in collaboration with the National Productivity Centre (NPC).
- Supply of 192 Standing Fans to constituents from all the various wards in Isoko North and South. This project was executed by Phefa Construction Company Ltd in collaboration with the National Productivity Centre. Eight (8) constituents.
Bii). PROJECTS LOBBIED FOR:
- NEMA INTERVENTION:
He facilitated the supply of relief assistance to persons affected by flood disasters in our constituency through the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA). Items such as beans, rice, garri, noodles, mosquito nets, blankets, cement, and zinc were equitably and publicly distributed to constituents by NEMA personnel in a space I offered at my country home as the distribution centre, while ward leaders, in their wisdom, nominated project beneficiaries. - GRANTS: 250 constituents were uploaded for the Federal Government’s N50,000 Conditional Grant Scheme.
- Over 150 constituents names were submitted through the office of Hon. Ukodhiko for the NDE RENEWED HOPE EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVE and they were all trained in the month of December, 2024, and have been empowered.
Ci). 2024 APPROPRIATION ACT (BUDGET):
- In the 2024 budget, Isoko North and South Federal Constituency got capital projects of N200m; Zonal Intervention Project (ZIP) of N113m; and N40m for constituency outreach. These are all statutory projects. (You can fact check all these).
- Secured N160m project at the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI).
- Secured N80m project at the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).
Cii). CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS BREAKDOWN:
- N40m for solar-powered streetlights in Eniagbedhi, which part of it were also installed in Erawha, Isoko North Local Government Area. (Completed).
- N30m for solar-powered streetlights in Owodokpokpo, Isoko South Local Government Area. (Completed).
- N50m for the supply of medical equipment for selected Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in Isoko North and South Federal Constituency. The proposed communities were identified after a needs assessment which was conducted through Key Informant Interviews and social media inquiry. (Completed).
- Isi-Emevor PHC, Otor-Igho PHC, Okpe-isoko PHC, Edherie PHC, and Orie PHC were all beneficiaries of the medical equipment distribution.
- Supply of N20m worth of school desks to selected government-owned schools: Ogu primary school, Otor-Igho, Emiye girls grammar school, Oleh, Alaka Grammar School, Ozoro, and owhodokpokpo grammar, in Isoko North and South Federal Constituency. (Completed).
- N60m skill acquisition training and empowerment for women in Isoko North and South Federal Constituency. (Completed).
- Entrepreneurial skills & business management training/N100,000 start-up grant to 200 participants in Soap production across Isoko South and North Federal Constituency.
Ciii). ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS (ZIP):
- N113m Skill Acquisition/employment in car tracking, web design, tailoring, tiling, POP installation and photography. Those in car tracking, web design, and photography were empowered with 250,000 while those in tiling, pop installation and tailoring were empowered with 200,000 to support their enterprises for Youths in Isoko North and South Federal Constituency (Completed).
Civ). CONSTITUENCY OUTREACH:
- N40m for the construction and furnishing of a block of six classrooms. Owodokpokpo Grammar School. (Completed).
Cv). OTHER PROJECTS FROM PERSONAL EFFORT INCLUDE:
- N85m for the Construction of an Empowerment Multipurpose Hall using NBRRI Technology at Erawha-Owhe (Completed).
- N75m for Stabilised Interlocking Blocks in the Construction of 4 Classrooms and a Staff Room using NBRRI Technology at Odueni Grammar School, Olomoro (completed).
- N80m for Skill Acquisition Training and Empowerment for Petty Traders in Isoko North and South Federal Constituency.
D). CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- CONSTITUENCY AIDES: Appointment of eight legislative aides to man and run the constituency office.
- EMPOWERMENT: A total of 70 (seventy) constituents are beneficiaries of monthly stipends and salaries of varying amounts.
- REVOLVING FINANCIAL SCHEME: Monthly payment of N5,000 for 450 aged constituents and persons living with disabilities. This scheme will run till the end of hi tenure.

E). 2023 CHRISTMAS PACKAGE TO 3000 HOUSEHOLDS:
- Distribution of over 2000 bags of rice.

F). 2024 CHRISTMAS PACKAGE TO 4,500 HOUSEHOLDS:
- Distribution of 2,800 bags of 50kg rice.
- Distribution of 1,600 Cartons of Noodles.

H). PROVISION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS:
- Installation of 15 stands of Solar Street lights at Yahweh Street in Oleh community.
- Influenced and distribution through NDDC, 1,600 units of All-in-one Solar Streets to Isoko with each of the federal wards getting a minimum of 46 units each while some wards that were observed to be lacking in the distribution of streets getting more.
- Distribution of 700 bags of Urea and NPK15:15 fertilizers to farmers in Isoko to boost agricultural production.
2025 EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
- Training and Empowerment of 50 Fish Farmers across Isoko Federal Constituency. 1500 Juvenile fishes, bags of Fish feeds, and 150,000 financial support was given to each fish farmer.
- Training and Empowerment of 50 Pig Farmers across Isoko Federal Constituency. N500,000 financial support was given to each Pig farmer.
2025 PROJECTS EXECUTED
- Provision of 30 stands of solar Street lights to Ada-Irri (Completed).
