Siloko Commissions Water and Solar Lights Projects Donated by Choja, Describes Choja as a Grassroot Developer

The Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. (Evang.) David Siloko has commissioned a water and solar lights projects donated by the Councilor representing DSIEC Ward 04 at the Udu Legislative Arm, Hon. Joseph Choja today Friday, 6th of August, 2021 in Ogbe-Udu Community.

While Commissioning the projects, the Chairman commended the Honorable member for the work well done, especially for bringing the dividends of good leadership to the grassroot level.

While speaking, he described the donor, Hon. Joseph Choja as a grass root developer who has shown quality representation at the legislative Arm. In his words; “the grass root is the starting point for every leadership, and for Hon. Joseph Choja, he has brought development to the grassroots”. This is not only commendable but it is enviable and should be copied by other well meaning leaders across all the wards”.

The Donor, Hon. Joseph Choja who also spoke at the event, restated that his mission to the legislative Arm is to represent his constituents, and he will surely do that until the end of his tenure.
