The President of the Oghior Development Movement (ODM) and Coordinator of the Udu Local Government Council Directorate of Transportation, Comrade Pius Rukevwe, has eulogized the Secretary to Udu Local Government Council, Hon. Andrew Ekwetafia Gbise JP, on the occasion of his birthday today.
