Oyibode Describes Siloko as Focused, Humble and Result-Oriented Party Chairman On His Birth Anniversary.
The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP, FCIA, has congratulated the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Evangelist David Siloko on the occasion of his birth anniversary celebrated on Saturday, May 23, 2026.
In a congratulatory message released through his Media Unit, Oyibode described Siloko as a focused, dedicated and serious-minded party chairman whose leadership has continued to strengthen the APC in Udu Local Government Area.
The Udu Council boss noted that Siloko is a result-oriented personality and an epitome of humility, adding that his commitment and loyalty to the growth and progress of the party remain commendable.
Oyibode further praised the APC chairman for his unflinching efforts toward ensuring unity and stability within the party in Udu.
