Oyibode Congratulates Goru on Appointment as Delta Coordinator of City Boys Movement for Tinubu 2027.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, has congratulated the Delta State Oil Producing Areas
Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Commissioner representing Udu, Uvwie, Ughelli South and Urhobo communities in Warri South, Hon. Goru Oghenekaro Jonathan on his appointment as the Delta State Coordinator of the City Boys Movement for Tinubu 2027.

In a congratulatory message,
the Udu Council Boss, Oyibode described the appointment as a welcome development and a significant boost for Udu Kingdom and Delta State at large. He noted that Hon. Goru Jonathan’s emergence into such a strategic political engagement is a clear testament to his dedication, loyalty, and commitment to public service and grassroots development.

The Udu Council Chairman expressed strong confidence that Hon. Jonathan’s wealth of political experience, capacity for mobilization, and deep understanding of grassroots politics would greatly enhance effective political engagement across Delta State ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Oyibode also extended his appreciation to Mr. Fred Oborevwori Sheriff Junior, son of the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and founder of the Sheriff Care Foundation, for facilitating the appointment. He described the gesture as yet another demonstration of inclusive leadership, youth empowerment, and recognition of capacity and competence within the state.

He further urged Hon. Goru Jonathan to view the appointment as a call to greater service, unity, and strategic engagement, assuring him of the support, goodwill, and solidarity of the people of Udu Local Government Area as he discharges his new responsibility.

The City Boys Movement, led by Seyi Tinubu, is a political pressure group focused on grassroots mobilization, youth engagement, and strategic political participation in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
