Comr. Obruche I. Omor the state leader of people with disabilities (PWDs) in Delta State also Senior Special Assistant,SSA to the executive Governor of the state on disability affairs and Comr. Ojiyovwi E. Young, Chairman joint National Association of persons with disabilities (JONAPWD) Udu Chapter lauds Chief Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA on his emergence as Udu PDP chairmanship consensus candidate ahead of the Dsiec elections, 2024.

The Leadership of the above named Association felicitate with Udu Local Government Area PDP sole Candidate, Chief. Vincent Oyibode (JP) on his emergence ahead of the forthcoming Local Government Council election.

The Associational Body describe the grassroots politician as a good man that gave a lots of empowerment opportunities to (PWDs) during his days as Commissioner Representing the Urhobo Ethnic Nationality on the Board of DESOPADEC.
