Delta @ 30: Jite Congratulates Okowa, Deltans.

As Delta state turns 30 today Friday 27/08/21, the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council Hon. Chief Jite Brown (JP) has Congratulated Delta State Governor, Senator, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Deltans, noting that Okowa’s leadership qualities is superb in all ramifications.

In his Goodwill message made known to newsmen today in Udu, the Udu Council Boss rejoiced with Governor Okowa, the Government and people of Delta State, on the 30th anniversary of the state creation as he reiterated that despite the challenges the state grappled with over the years since creation, we have remained one indivisible state bound by love and brotherhood”..

According to the Aberen of Udu Kingdom,the fact that we are still one is enough reason to celebrate and it is our hope that we will leapfrog from where we are to where we want to be in the nearest future.”

Governor Okowa’s administration’s investments in meaningful peace building, infrastructural development has yielded so much gains which has impacted positively on not just the economy of the State but the entire country”.

“This year’s anniversary provides an opportunity for the people of Delta State to reflect on the vision of the state’s founding fathers and celebrate the progress achieved over the years,” Jite said.

I congratulate Deltans who have kept faith and also believe that our strength as a state, lies in our unity.
