Asiuwhu holds new year feast with the leadership of Team Godspower Political Network, calls for support for Oborevwori, Arenyeka, Aguanah And Sukore administrations.
In a remarkable display of political unity and solidarity, Olorogun Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu JP, Chairman of the Delta State Taskforce on Environment, hosted a New Year Feast Fellowship on January 5, 2025, to kick off the political year. The event, held with coordinating heads and members of Team Godspower Political Network, was a moment of reflection, appreciation, and strategy.
In his opening speech, Chief Asiuwhu expressed profound gratitude to God for His mercies in preserving the lives of members into the new year. He also thanked attendees for their unwavering support for his political ideologies and commitment to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)-led administration, both at the state and local government levels.
The team leader emphasized the importance of the meeting in fostering unity, appraising their collective political disposition, and creating avenues for cross-ideological exchange. According to him, these efforts are critical for achieving the vision of Team Godspower Political Network and maintaining relevance in the evolving political landscape.
Participants from Patani Local Government Area and various parts of Delta State commended Chief Asiuwhu for his exemplary leadership qualities. They praised his grassroots connections, openness, selflessness, responsiveness, and visionary strides that have solidified their loyalty and trust in his political vision. Many attendees pledged their continued support for Chief Asiuwhu, reaffirming their commitment to his decisions, aspirations, and the overall progress of the PDP.
Chief Asiuwhu used the occasion to laud Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s people-centric policies and infrastructural development across Delta State. He charged members of the team to remain steadfast in their support for the Governor and keep him in their prayers for continued success.
In the same vein, he called for total backing for Hon. Isaac Aguanah, Executive Chairman of Patani Local Government Council, and Chief Solomon Arenyeka, the Delta State PDP Chairman and Hon. Terry Sukore, Patani LGA PDP Chairman.
Chief Asiuwhu emphasized the need for unity and collaboration to ensure the success of PDP-led administrations at all levels.
