Asiuwhu Celebrates Okowa at 67, Hails Former Governor’s Enduring Legacy of Service
Chief Comrade Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu, JP, Chairman of the Delta State Taskforce on Environment, has congratulated former Delta State Governor, Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, on the occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Asiuwhu described the former governor as his mentor, political father, and an exceptional political strategist whose leadership and commitment to the development of Delta State remain a reference point in public service.
According to him, the administration of Senator Okowa, which governed Delta State from 2015 to 2023, left indelible footprints across the 25 Local Government Areas through numerous people-oriented projects and policies that continue to positively impact the lives of citizens.
He noted that the former governor’s vision, wisdom, and dedication to good governance inspired a generation of political leaders and public office holders, adding that his legacy of service would continue to stand the test of time.
Asiuwhu prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the former governor, asking the Almighty to grant him many more years in good health, divine wisdom, peace, and prosperity as he continues to mentor, inspire, and positively influence lives.
