Urhobo Federated Council Congratulates Ezekiel Agbalagba on Appointment As VC Chancellor Of FUPRE

The Urhobo Federated Council (UFC) has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Professor Ezekiel Agbalagba on his recent appointment as the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE), located in Uvwie Local Government Area, Delta State.
