Delta LG Polls: Ogolo Congratulates UDU PDP Candidate, Oyibode
A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and immediate past Honourable Councilor in UDU Ward 1, Hon Ogolo Emmanuel has congratulated Olorogun Vincent Oyibode JP, on his emergence as the consensus chairmanship candidate of the party in UDU local government area.
Ogolo, a business manager and a Humanitarian, In his congratulatory statement to Olorogun Oyibode underscored the sound wisdom of leaders and elders of the party in conducting a fairi atmosphere to choose the party candidate.
He described the choice of the serving Honourable Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Vincent Oyibode as thoughtful and commendable, noting that over the years, Oyibode has distinguished himself as competent, resourceful, reliable, trusted and hardworking.
This has rekindled the trust and confidence of the people of UDU local government area, most especially our faithful party leaders and members as we approach the July 13th LGA polls, because he’s a well known grassroot politician and loved by all, Ogolo said.
Former legislator, Ogolo thanked His Excellency the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori for his sound wisdom in approaching and resolving the local govt party elections issues, especially the chairmanship interest dilemma.
He also commended all party leaders and stakeholders for their unwavering support, wisdom and understanding to arrive at a consensus candidate without any crisis.
“I trust and have confidence in your leadership capacity, political will, experience and skills to build a more meaningful, developed and advanced UDU local government council when elected into office as Executive Chairman, Ogolo extolled”.
