2027: Matthew Opuoru Declares For HoA, As Supporters Turn Event To Carnival in W/S

The immediate past Special Adviser to the Governor on Environment, and a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Warri South LGA, Hon. Chief Matthew Poko Opuoru, has formally declared his interest to contest the Warri South Constituency II State House of Assembly seat.

Hon. Matthew Opuoru is a former member of the State House of Assembly in 2019-2023, who represented the good people of Warri South State Constituency II, in the 7th Assembly of the Delta State House of Assembly. He is a detribalised Deltan with vibrant legislative antecedence.

It is a remarkable and an epic moment with deep passion and shared vision for a people-centered legislator, a grassroots political mobilizer and a well learned public administrator; HON. MATTHEW POKO OPUORU as he expressed his aspiration to his constituents.
